I just had a baby recently and i have all this extra skin on my stomach. I’m not all extra fat or nothing but i cant seem to get rid of this belly fat.
i know i have to work on the body as a whole but the stretched skin on the stomach is the hardest to work on. i’m breastfeeding and i don’t want to go on a serious diet cause i eat great now i just need a good exercise to help
please don’t leave stupid comments. if you know a good exercise or workout plan that can help, let me know otherwise your comments are not needed

Id like to get em soon I mean I have a tight stomach but I want more you know?
I recently lost 100lbs. Although the only thing that is bad now is the fact I have these love handles and pooch. What can I do to tone it up? I know I’m not going to be able to make it completely go away but at least I’d like to not feel like I"ve got an inner tube around my waist.
I am not overweight but I have never been able to get rid of the last little bit of belly fat. I’m 19 and all my friends have washboard abs but me. I believe it is genetics but I am finding it difficult to get rid of this last little bit. Any advice?
I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5" and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?
i heard its one of the best ad exercises but isnt that good for getting the six pack.
is this true ?
I’m in junior high, and I am planning on having a pool party in a couple of weeks. I’m very active and NOT fat but I still have a little belly fat that I want to get rid of before the party…what’s the fastest way of burning a noticeable amount of belly fat and defining abs?
