I’m a very active person, and I have a lot of muscle. I have good abs, but I would like to get a more shapely six-pack. Does anybody have any simple exercises I can do that would make me get one quickly?

im 12 and im tall im usually always the tallest one in my class and i have a feeling my legs are fat so im wondering how can i get them skinnier and fast
they MUST go.

I am 13 years old. I weigh 155 pounds which i think is 60-75 kg but I’m not positive. I have noticeable hips. I Wear 32inch waist Levi jeans which are loose fit (the ones with the tannish tag that have the red picture and label on them). They still feel kind of tight. I’m 5’5" tall. I have a fat stomach but not extremely fat. When I sit in this computer chair for a while there are red marks on my stomach from fat rubbing together. I really rather not purchase any workout items because I heard they’re all bs ripoffs but if there are any that are worth buying than I might buy it. Also I have very fat thighs(quadrocepts) and calfs. I could use any help on how to lose fat on those areas too. My primary goal is to lose fat. My Secondary goal is to noticeably gain muscle. Thanks for any help.
im not fat but i do have a little belly.so im wondering if i started running will that make it go away.
I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?
My goal is to lose about 5 to 10 pounds by the end of feb and I need to get toned Please give me advice.
Yes I eat healthy and drink lots of water. I am also trying to run a mile a day for at least a week then maybe like 2 miles 3 times a week or something like that. Please help
Ok I don’t get the genetics thing. My mom is freaking skinnier than I am.
I want:
small thighs
small arms
flat stomach
and smaller hips
how can I do that? I’ve already started puberty and I know I’m
suppose to get that womanly shape.
I know you can exercise and eat less, but its not fast.
I have been complaining about my thighs though.
but what can i do for each?
I care about my looks actually so I would have self confidence.
