I want to loose a little belly fat and I’m not sure how many sit ups and crunches to do a day. What else works to get rid of belly fat? and how quick will I notice a difference??

i want to get rid of my love handles, smaller hips and upper thighs, what would be best to get rid of the excess weight there? a treadmill?
I have some belly fat that I want to get rid of. But I also want to build muscle at the same time. What kind of diet should I follow? I was thinking low-carb and high-protein but I am worried if the low-carb hurts the muscle building and the high-protein will add more fat in the waist region. Please suggest. I am doing weight training and cardio every day. I am 31 male and average built. Thanks.
i am 19 yrs old.i am 5 feet 8.5 inches tall and have a weight of 60 kg.i have fat on my thighs and hips but my upper torso is slim.i want to build six pack abs just by doing exercises.can anybody please tell me any exercise to acheive the same
i do 100 in the morning and 100 at night before i get in bed,sometimes i miss a day and sometimes i just do 100.so how many should i be doing a day for them to show?im a size 6,not fat just got a flabby belly rather than a toned one so how many a day should i do?and how long will it take before they show?
