Any good workouts out there to loose stomach fat?

I’ve tried to do a routine workout which involves crunches, jumping jacks, and leg lifts. It’s not that I’m fat I’d just like to be able to look alright in a bathing suit this summer xD

Any tips, sites, or workouts you can suggest?

  1. I’ve been using some awesome full body workouts for a while now that I
    found at
    http://fatstomachworkout.com/

They’ve really been kicking my butt and working me hard. I’ve lost a
good bit of belly fat and feeling a lot better now with more energy.
Sometimes I use bodyweight workouts and work out at home, and other
times I go to the gym for a little more intense workouts. Good luck!

  2. you cant lose wieght on just your stomach. you lose weight first where u put it on last. alot of cardio and for long periods…im talkin bout 1 hour plus more than 1 time per day.

try wight training. u wont bulk up, and it burns fat fast. but u need to be intense about it. no girlie weights, lift like a dude.

  3. abs are the most troublesome area to tone. Kickboxing helps a lot.

  4. Try some retro groove aerobics. Do some retro moves like you saw from the disco for just one hour. You’ll burn more than 500 calories for doing that!

  5. one can’t really spot reduce and always remember there is this thing when we put on weight we put it in the belly and when we lose weight belly is the last thing where it will reduce..
do cardio exercise its great to burn fat and boost confidence
