They&#039;ve really been kicking my butt and working me hard. I&#039;ve lost a
good bit of belly fat and feeling a lot better now with more energy.
Sometimes I use bodyweight workouts and work out at home, and other

		<description>you cant lose wieght on just your stomach.  you lose weight first where u put it on last.  alot of cardio and for long periods...im talkin bout 1 hour plus more than 1 time per day.

try wight training.  u wont bulk up, and it burns fat fast.  but u need to be intense about it.  no girlie weights, lift like a dude.</description>
