Besides basic crunches, what can i do to flatten my lower abs?
no matter what i do, i cannot get rid of that fat near my waistline. its like, a serious pooch/ muffin top and it sickens me. i kno everyone looks at it and i just dont feel pretty because of it. what can i do (SAFELY) to get rid of it??
