You can do this by doing side crunches and a variety of other exercises. You are doing cardio, so that is a good start. My favorite way to work out the obliques is a balance board. It&#039;s fun and you can incorporate it easily into your workout or do it while watching TV.

Here is a list of some good suggestions to lose the love handles. I think the site might be targeted a little more towards men, but its the same muscles so I&#039;d imagine you&#039;ll find it helpful.</description>
