Can anyone give me workout tips on how to get a six pack fast?

  1. It’s not gonna be there over night, but:
    Playing Sports- Football, Baseball, Swimming
    Running- Run or Trendmill
    Go to a Gym

    Girls love athletes.

  2. First, if you want a six pack you need to have a low body fat percentage.

    If you don’t have that, then do some cardio to lose that fat.

    Then, you need to do abdominal workouts with RESISTANCE. Key word, resistance. You can do a million crunches a night, but it won’t do as good as if you worked your abs with resistance.

    I personally put a light(15-25lb) dumbbell on my chest, and do sit-ups. I work my abs 2-3 times per week.

  3. okay…do at least 50 -100 sit -ups every nite and watch waht you eat!

  4. Cardio and abdominal exercises, LOTS of them, morning and evening if you can work it in. Eat healthy also and drink water.
