		<description>First, if you want a six pack you need to have a low body fat percentage.

If you don&#039;t have that, then do some cardio to lose that fat.

Then, you need to do abdominal workouts with RESISTANCE.  Key word, resistance.  You can do a million crunches a night, but it won&#039;t do as good as if you worked your abs with resistance.

I personally put a light(15-25lb) dumbbell on my chest, and do sit-ups.  I work my abs 2-3 times per week.</description>
