I have a fat stomach and i have been doing a lot of cardio and running to slim down. I’ve lost a good amount of weight but i still have a bit of a gut. I’m hesitant to do ab workouts because i’m afraid if they get bigger it will only push my stomach out. If i do abs will that happen or might it actually help flatten? thanks
