the way i used to do i had a whole system of stuff to do in a cycle

1. 10 crunchies
2. 10 side crunchies
3. 10 other-side crunchies
4. 10 superman crunches (toes in air, reach for them)
5. 10 leg lifts (a weird thing my gym teacher taught me - sit on your hands, lie back, and lift your legs 2 feet off the ground, but stay 6 inches off the ground at all times)
6. 10 bicycle crunchies

rinse and repeat as many times as you like XD i usually did 3 cycles
