I have a fat stomach and i have been doing a lot of cardio and running to slim down. I’ve lost a good amount of weight but i still have a bit of a gut. I’m hesitant to do ab workouts because i’m afraid if they get bigger it will only push my stomach out. If i do abs will that happen or might it actually help flatten? thanks

I am a 27 yo guy, and I do yoga, hindu pushups, regular pushups, hindu squats and ab exercises (several types ) everday combined with 1hr walking. My stomach toned up nicely, but am not sure If I am going to see a six pack. I have been reading articles which suggest that I should work out the abs alternate days instead of everyday for a six pack. But I do only one set of reps (20 reps of each exercise) combined with yoga. So is it okay to do everyday and still get a six pack?
I have been doing this routine of yoga, ab exercise, push-ups and walking combo for about 1 month now.

Hi, I’m looking for some serious advice. I’m 5′8, weigh around 145lbs, and am a size 31 waist. I’m very disciplined in what I do but I would like to (finally) get the Holy Grail that is the six-pack abs.
I would really appreciate you fitness gurus if you could give me a workout routine I can follow to 1) get a six-pack 2) loose the love handles. I’ve already cut eating sweet bread, cinnamon rolls, and all those delicious pastries and it’s helped loose a bit of the ‘fluff’ around my waist. Now I just need a routine to get that coveted V-shape.
Just one thing, I’m flat-footed so I can’t run so that’s out. And also, no shakes nor crazy diets. I’m a college student so I can’t be passing out at school. I’m all about the exercise but please, I NEED A ROUTINE!

Ive been starting to lay down on my back and lift my legs up(it looks like, if you did a wall sit then just took yourself and layed on you back) then i lift then up so they are straight up in the air then i bring them back down..i do like 20 of these.
