		<description>Ight here is my routine, wake up have a bowl of oat meal because it has alot of proteans etc. then eat a light lunch nothing greasy then before dinner run a mile or 2 do push ups and sit ups lat pull down (if you have the machine) and lift I have good results with this work out oh ya and a lean cuisen for dinner good luck !!!</description>
