well you can start by using your arm and stretching it out to open the car door then use your legs to propel yourself into the liquor store, bend over and pick up the six pack on the lowest rack of the cooler, thats using your back and your abs then slowly stand upright and walk to the counter, reach your hand around to remove your wallet from your pants pocket, that stretches those shoulders and pay, then walk back to your car and do everything in reverse…that should do it.

a lotta crunches/sit-ups. take it from me. but make sure you do them right or else youll mess up the lining
8 min. abs! jk, crunches work to tone the muscles in that area, also leg lifts while lying down work the lower abs.
