Celebrities are not the best people to follow when it comes to diet. They are paid to say good things about a product, it is simply their job. Celebrities will even endorse products which they have not personally tried and then lie through their teeth saying that it helped them lose weight.
Avoid products guaranteeing rapid weight loss: There is only one healthy way to lose weight and that is gradually. Losing weight fast is unhealthy and it can also lead to serious medical problems in the end. You do not lose weight overnight or in a week, period.
Skinny pictures are put on ads for one reason and that is to attract customers. The people behind the image do not really care if that person on the ad really used the product or not. They are just after your money.
And one last thing, there is no way to verify if the “real person” on the advertisement is indeed real. Most of these people have just been paid by the company to promote their products.
