		<description>If you want a flat stomach, you have to exercise.  Running is good at getting rid of stomach fat.  However, this is really no way to target that area.  You need to do cardio 6 days a week and weight training 3 (not back to back days).  If you do this, you will probably get your flat stomach.  If not, you will never get a flat stomach.</description>

		<description>go to youtube and put in lower ab workouts. They will show you a whole bunch. Pick some you like and do them for 30 mins 3x per week. Also jog or run for 3-4x per week for 30 mins. The ab workouts will build the muscle and the cardio will melt the fat off of the muscle. In 8 weeks you will have rockin abs! Eat a lot of fiber as well, that always helps with belly fat. You could go to a gym and ask a trainer about exercises that would target your muscles there to get the best advice. Or you could search it on google.
