HELP! Can anyone tell me how to get skinny fast?

Okay, I’m 14 years old and 135lbs i think im huge yet every1 tells me im big boned and that makes me fell even bigger… But i just wondered if anyone knew how to get skinny fast.

135lbs is more than likely a healthy weight for you. Please keep in mind that through puberty your body will continue to develop and change. You will likely thin down more as you get older if you maintain a healthy lifestyle. If it is not a healthy weight, based upon height and age, then rapid weight loss is not going to be a lasting weight loss and it will also not be healthy weight loss. If you are in fact over weight then I suggest visiting your doctor or healthcare professional who can tell you what a good caloric intake is for someone your age and height. Other than that, I would suggest becoming more active. Maybe take up running or swimming. Join a sports team through school. Not only will it burn fat, but it will help to tone muscle as you get older. Try not to worry too much about a small amount of weight. Instead, try to focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle throughout your life. It will get you farther than stressing out overa few pounds will.

Go to your doctor and ask him/her first..
If you wish to get skinny there is no fast way…
You should try out different diets and exercise for about 1-3 hours everyday..
Try swapping
For example say you want a chocolate change it for a fruit
Like a apple or orange
If you wanted to drink something like coca cola
get a glass of water or aplpe juice etc.
Just try doing a snakc swapper and having a balanced dinner breakfast and lunch
Breakfast:
If you are a toast fan (like me) Try changing to Brown bread instead of white it’s much healthier!!
You could have some yoghurt with fruit bits in it!
Lunch:
A Sandwich! With some fruit a drink or Juice or Water!!
You could also have some carrot sticks
Dinner:
Vegetables, pasta, Roast dinner with potatoes and Veggies!!
Say you had fruit in your breakfast 1-2 that would be 2/5
Lunch say you had fruit and veggies 4/5
And for dinner you had some fruit after or vegetables with your dinner 5/5
And you would reach your 5 a day

Well… if you really want to lose weight try this:
No soda pop, or sugary snacks like brownies or fudge rounds, whatever.
Drink a sip of water between each bite of food. This will keep you from overeating.
Excercise in the mornings. If its too cold out or if you don’t have anywhere to exercise, just lay on your back and do bicycles for a a while.
1 lb of fat = 3500 calories. Therefore, if you decrease your calorie intake by 500 calories a day, you’ll lose 1 lb a week. You can decrease calorie intake by eating less calories and exercising them off.
you burn about 4 calories a minute while you jog quickly.
2,000-2,500 calories is about how many we need. if you are already eating about that, don’t eat less. just exercise. However, anybody can benefit from replacing cake and icecream and soda with apples, celery, and water.
