Im 14 and i weigh 110 and about 5’5
i am athletic…i am currently on a swim team.. i swim everyday
im not fat….im not skinny either.. i can sorta see a 4 pack / six pack when i flex
its wierd i can only see it in the mirror though..
so any ideas? i want to get it fast….but no pills
alsooo…..my diet…..its bad of course.. no fruit nd of course you can only imagine the school lunch…nd also i dont eat breakfast…..but eat a huge dinner
