How can I get rid of Love Handles?
Posted on Friday, December 25, 2009 in exercise love handles
I have tried for years to rid of these Love Handles (exercise, weight lifting, diet) and it’s still there. I went from 34 to a 30 waist and it’s still there. I’ve done everything by the book. What’s the problem…do I need to go to a 28-29 waist?
I’m 5′7, 165

Your body could just genentically have love handles, Im sure it can’t be that bad if you have exercised to your upmost.

The last few pounds can be the most difficult. Typically really careful attention to diet and aerobic exercise.
Regarding diet, the idea is to take in as little fat as possible. At least to allow your body the chance to burn some of it’s extra fat reserves for energy. Personally I did this by carefully reading labels and paying attention to what I ate, as I exercised. I’m a cyclist, so riding 1-4 hours some days had the tendency to speed up the process, but the idea is to do aerobic exercise to burn up those fat reserves.
I posted another answer on a similar subject that goes into more details. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ahc4wAl9NIH0IZetJA09Aybsy6IX?qid=20070303163024AA7jRav&show=7#profile-info-fd8a974d732c21b5fceca6ea63d3aa16aa

sometimes doing the same exercise over and over your body get to a place where it adapts and you don’t lose weight any more.
try something you haven’t tried before exercises wise i mean.
also try green tea or some kind of diet aid it will jump state the weight losing process again maybe hire a trainer they give you different exercise and routines for a reason I hope one of my ramblings help
