how can i get rid of my belly fat ?

im not fat but i have a bit of and i get rolls when i bend over and i have love handles i what is the fastest way to get rid of it ? how long should this like a week if i do it every day ?

    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Drink water, avoid eating salt (not a lot), run fast then slow then fast then slow to shock ur body, and do not starve yourslef! eat every 4-5 hours so u have energy and the calories will burn since a little more will be put in.
