How can I get rid of my belly fat after I had my baby?

I’m 20 years old and I just had my second baby and i want to get rid of my belly fat and I don’t know what exercise that i can do at home.

  1. u corndog, go on diet

  2. i dontknow what u call this but heres the routine:
    1. lie down
    2. lift your legs up, only ur legs (together)
    3. lift them as high as you can
    4. slowly move your legs back down but do not let it touch the floor
    5. repeat the upward motion

  3. You’ve had 2 babies and your only 20!…

    Anywho…do some jump ropes or sit ups if you can only workout at home. If you can get out for a bit be sure to do some running.

  4. wow well congrats! Im 20 too and im so not responsible enough to be a mom.

    Running really melts the fat the best. Its honestly the best way. If you wanna lose it fast, you just gotta run.
