Some get them easier than others but theres a program called hip-hop abs my friend uses and it defianlty worked. He also drunk several protein shakes but dont know what they were.

Incline situps and chest and ab excerises. You could probably get a six pack in a couple of weeks.
diet and exercise..inclined lifts..and don’t drink beer
heres how.
1. run and jog so that you decrease your total body fat count which makes any ab muscles more visible.
2. Situps and crunches at least 4 times per weak.
3. Get some creatine and get some today.
4. eat right
5 .do not drink soda, beer or any alcohol, the carbonates from the soda and beer will cause your intestines to swell up and so will the alcohol.
