How do I flatten and tone my abs as quick as possible?

My abs are all flab and I want to look good for the beach this summer, can you help?

  1. if you are willing to work for your abs, then you can get them. you should go for runs or do an hour of good exercise six days a week. then, you should do about 50 crunches and 30 seconds of stabilizations on each side: front, back, side, side. finally, you need to eat right! plenty of fruits and vegetables and cut out the sweets.

  2. Ab’s are about fitness. You don’t "get abs" You earn them.

    You seem to be all about "show". You want to look fit for the girlies, but that’s it. You don’t want to put in the hard work.

    You’ll never get em. Sorry. Just tellin it like it is.

    ok low fat high protein and loads of cardio vascular exercise will reduce the fat around the muscles

    to build the muscles crunches pilates stretching avoid sit ups they use the flexor muscles in your hip and can hurt your back .loads of sites online that will give u advice on these exercises
