		<description>do press ups and sit ups each day say like in the morning when u wake up do about 15-30 press ups and 15-30 sit ups then in the afternoon u do another 15-30 of press ups and sit ups and in the night...... also athletics makes u have a six pack because you use your stomach to run and stuff so try some sprinting once a week or twice a week if you want do build your muscles on arms then go and do rugby

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t recommend getting enormous muscles untill your 21.  That is, unless you want to be really short, doing alot of excersize at a young age will stop your growth, just stay in good shape for now.</description>
