How do I get a Six Pack Fast?

So I need a six pack fast. I’m in sixth grade. I have a home gym so I can work out a lot. I love to run…I do a 7 minute mile. Thanks for the help!!
I also Have a personal trainer come to my house…One Problem…I’m usually not home when he comes

  1. 200 sit ups a day before bed that’s how I got nine 2 -6 weeks it will hurt like hell the first few days but still do them.it will take a but to get them really defined 4+ months I would say.

  3. 7 minute mile huh? Well then run to the liquor store and get yourself a six pack. If the store is not any farther away than a mile then it should only take you 7 minutes to get a six pack.

  4. you cant get it fast unless you want to take pills. but do about 100 crunches a day and do more every day. but dont just do crunches after a hundred take a break for about a minute. then do the bicicle. lay on your back like your doing crunches. then lift your knees up and lift your head. then stay up. flex. and touch your elbows on the oppisete knee. do this for as long as you can and it will hurt like @#^%$. but it will work

  5. 1 million sit ups a week

    3 million planks of 2 minutes a month and you will be fine

  6. Do as many sit-ups as your body can do everyday and make sure you do them correctly if you abs start burning don’t stop keep going if your sore the next day do even more thats a good thing

  7. I have found one site about six pack abs where online help is available about workout & diet schedule.
