		<description>you cant get it fast unless you want to take pills. but do about 100 crunches a day and do more every day. but dont just do crunches after a hundred take a break for about a minute. then do the bicicle. lay on your back like your doing crunches. then lift your knees up and lift your head. then stay up. flex. and touch your elbows on the oppisete knee. do this for as long as you can and it will hurt like @#^%$. but it will work</description>
