Ok so i have some belly fat and i have no clue how to get rid of it. i o crunches but all it does is work my abs but my belly fat is still their, and i’ve taken diet pills and gone on diets but they don’t work! what do i do?

Cut out fatty/carby foods. Most people do not know this but stomach fat sticks around beacuse of diet, not excercise. You can excercise all day long and still not lose weight if you are eating fatty foods with lots of carbs. Watch what you eat, eat healthy, and small portions along with excercise.

drink a gallon of water per day and burn more calories than u eat. that means walking the treadmill at the highest elevation for 45 minutes per day. eat a lot of lettuce too. stomach fat will be gone in a week.

Okay, Gracie. You’re on the right track with exercising. Try to cut out fried foods, all together. Reduce Carbs. Breads, pancakes, and starchy foods like rice and potatoes are your enemy. ( Also, before I forget, stay away from diet pills. All you’re getting from them is very expensive pee. ) As it happens, I love to cook. And, I did it for too many years, and kind of got a little fat. So I started cooking with healthier foods. Raw or steamed veggies are your friends, and can really make some good dishes. Lean meats can help. Try having some turkey, instead of hamburger. The one guy who responded by acting like a jerk, in his own uncivilized way, was right. A little willpower goes a long way.
