How do i loose stomach fat fast? please no spammers?

Does anyone know a useful way from personal experience or use to loose body fat. I just went on a vocation recently and we had alot of junkfood and ate out every night about and i gained about 5 pounds and i have ran every day this summer. Im especially wanting to loose stomach fat most of all, altho im not to fat in my stomach area.

  1. You can’t spot reduce fat. However the best way to lose fat overall is cardio, running in particular so keep that up. Other than that maybe do some weight training and drink A LOT of water to boost your metabolism. good luck

  6. Cardio is not the only way to burn fat! you can lift weights as well and you will actually burn calories for a longer period of time, then if you were to just run. So start lifting weights.

  7. It takes time and dedication, proper diet and eating habits, and lots of sit-ups and crunches. Also chin ups are good too; it is a little known secret that chin-ups when done properly can really work your abs.

    Losing weight should always be free; it always has been and always will be. There are many good programs that you can pay for to help also, but they are largely not needed.
