How do I make my legs skinny fast?

I want to lose weight all over but I’d like to start with my legs…

    Just do the cardio and you will burn fat all over, and you will notice a difference in your legs since they seem to be the problem areas.

    laying on the ground and slowly raising your legs up

    But if you want to get the whole body workout
    and shed pounds get into a pool and do
    laps youll get the aerobic workout and
    it works wonders on your stomache arms and yes
    especially your legs
