How do we loose belly fat? What kind of exercises and how long ans y does it take so long to get trim stomach?

  1. While you cannot target belly fat specifically with any type of exercise, you can target it in your entire body by doing some type of cardio exercises (running, swimming, biking, eliptical, etc). Sit-ups and crunches, while great for toning and building muscle, actually burn very little fat. A well rounded exercise routine would involve some of each of the following: Cardio, Strength, Abs
