How do you get rid of lower belly fat?

im a 14 year old girl..i have one of those belly guts, and it wont go away for nothing. help? thanks<3

  1. go for a run every day

  2. Just do some sit ups and crunches and go for a run every day.

  3. The easy way to get rid of lower stomach fat is to do alot of cardio exercise. The more you do it the more u will start to notice yourself slimming down. Best way is on a treadmill or an elliptical

  4. you have to be out there everyday doing some sort of activity keeping you active. if you are in the sun be active for about 2 hours or so and make sure you are covered in sweat then you know you are losing fat. do this everyday. lay off the junk food. trust me my fried(which used to be 250 pounds) is skinny as hell now due to skateboarding in the hot sun everyday.

  5. Try keeping your back straight. Good posture makes you look like your belly is flatter.

  6. You will need to exercise. crunches & leg lifts. Might as well develop a fitness routine for your whole body. Also walk or bicycle or both.
    Or perhaps get involved in sports – get fit , make friends, have fun.
    Secondly, eat less junk food.Eat more fruit, vegetables , whole grains and enough protein. Make sure you eat enough for your ideal body weight
    at the very least. You can look this up on line.

  7. It might go away on it’s own as you grow up, but basically it’s a mixture of hard workouts and a good, lean diet.
