How do you lose the “love handles”? Which exercise?

How can I lose the waist line fat and the fat on top of my hips?

  1. Love handles are deposits of fat in your whole stomach region that spill out on to the sides, creating that not so cute muffin top effect. You cannot spot reduce that area. You’d have to work on it as a whole. Meaning, continue or reconstruct your ab routines for something more challenging, and you may want to focus on ab exercises that work on the obliques. For this to be even more effective you’ve gotta increase cardio (running is the best), and eat as clean as possible. (cut out bad carbs, fats, sweets) and stick with it…you’ll see the results, trust me! Also, a good trick (if you’re thick waisted to begin with), is sculpt your upper body, this also creates the illusion of a smaller waist. Good luck!

  2. you do side sit ups/crunches, and lift light weights, like the 3-5 lb dumb-bells for a couple minutes, also ive found that leg lifts help…xxx

  3. i know everyone else thinks it’s corny but Tae-Bo works! I did it everyday for like 2 months and I lost 30 pounds! The exercises really make you get active. lots of kicks and stuff which can help with your love handles. Try the basic workout first. Hope that helps !

  4. Running or light jogging helps em’ go away!

  5. Running, side crunches, superman’s, swimming.
