		<description>Walking is a great idea for general health but it is not your best bang for the buck to get rid of belly fat.  The two best ways to target belly fat is through diet and weight training.  When I say diet, I don&#039;t mean go on a diet - I mean that you need to be eating a healthy diet that is sustainable long term as opposed to something that will help you lose weight now but you&#039;ll gain it all back as soon as you stop.

I have attached a link to a great article by a California based trainer named Alwyn Cosgrove called &quot;The Hierarchy of Fat Loss&quot;.  

You mention that you will eat healthy foods, which is great, but I&#039;d caution you to make sure you are reading labels and paying attention to serving size.  You might be very surprised that some of the foods that you think are healthy are killing your diet.  I&#039;ve also attached a link to another article I wrote about that very topic called &quot;The One True Diet: Does it Include Donuts&quot;.
