Well just burning energy helps in a way… just to define your abs. But you could do crunches holding a weight behind your head. And then normal crunches. Then you can do leg raises and hold your legs over your head until its starts to burn. It takes different amounts of time based on your current build and structure. Hope that helps and good luck

do cardio workouts like running biking etc to burn the fat there. and also do a lot of sit ups daily to tone your abs. takes about a month if you do this for about an hour daily

What you have to realize is no matter how much you work out your abs, your not gonna be able to see them if you have a layer of fat over them, so diet is one of the most important aspects. It’s gonna take time depending on how often and hard you work out. Not sure what a couch workout is but it doesn’t sound like much of a "workout"

well .. im not sure what your diets like but eating healthier would be a good first step. depending on where you body’s at … it could take a while but if your in decent shape you could get a six pack in 8 weeks if you work at it. one of the best ways to develop a six pack is cardio workouts.. jogs , sprints etc, contrary to popular belief you don’t need to do thousands of crunches to get abs.

First the fastest way to get a six pack is to eat right and do exercises for your abs.
It all depends how much you work and how dedicated you are. Your body fat percentage should be in single digits.
I strongly recommend you check out The Truth About Abs its a great book that tells you everything you need to know to get a six pack. Check out the review http://www.sixpack4real.com/the-truth-about-abs-review.php
