How to get a six pack fast?

I want to have a six pack within the next month or so. It’s not unrealistic because i’m not that bad right now. But i was wondering if anybody has some excercises or certain foods that could help me out.

  2. first when you tighted your abs can you see them? if so then you can get that layer of fat off quickly. buy a bench press work out everyday and dont eat as much junk food this is what i do

    ok get a bench press
    now work out every day like 3 times a day for 25 min and youll get stronger and lose fat and gain muscle iv been working out for about a week and can do alot better at lifting already
