		<description>first when you tighted your abs can you see them? if so then you can get that layer of fat off quickly. buy a bench press work out everyday and dont eat as much junk food this is what i do

ok get a bench press 
now work out every day like 3 times a day for 25 min and youll get stronger and lose fat and gain muscle iv been working out for about a week and can do alot better at lifting already</description>
