i wanna see my hip bones!
i can’t afford coke
i like food to much to quit eating
and i WOULD throw up, but i can’t binge
how does one get really skinny
please dont say diet and exercise, cuz that just gets you in shape; it doesn’t make you skinny

eat healthy foods, and yes a little exercize will make you skinny…dont binge or purge or not eat, that is SO bad for your body, lay of the junk food

I really don’t think there are any other ways besides the ones you mentioned.
If you want to stay healthy, DO try to eat healthy foods and exercise or play a sport. You actually can lose weight by doing that.

Um, you’re almost certaintly a troll.
But I you’re not, I’d worry. You sound anorexic! But i you just want to be skinny, not kill yourself, I’d suggest:
1) eating lots of little snacks throughout the day instead of meals…everything gets burnt off as you go about your day so it’s like you’re not even eating
2) drinking lots of water, it speeds up your metabolism
3) walking EVERYWHERE
4) drinking diet soda when you want something sweet, because it kills the craving
5) GREEN TEA…it makes you thin, for real

Please don’t develop an eating disorder! If you want to lose some excess weight, then all you need to do is take apple cider vinegar. You dilute two tablespoons/four teaspoons of it in water and sweeten it with honey, if the taste is too strong. It gets rid of all the unwanted toxins in your body. Bulimia is useless. Unless you literally eat while you’re throwing up, the calories have already been absorbed into your system. I’m telling you. Just drink this concoction before every meal and it’ll break down the fat in your food so fast that it won’t have time to be stored in your body. It also clears up acne and aids the digestion process as well as other amazing benefits. And if you don’t believe me, google ‘apple cider vinegar’ and see for yourself. Green tea is also known to speed up the metabolic process.
Don’t listen to the people who say ‘ommgggg anorexia iz bad’. Watch me get thumbs down for my answer. Yet they don’t realise that YOU’VE made up your mind so other people shouldn’t try to sway your opinion! I’m just suggesting a good substance with amazing nutritional properties.
Good luck on your quest. Just remember; there’s a way to be slim and trim by still being healthy.
Also, remember to keep your junk food in moderation. You don’t have to stop eating all together. Starving yourself only makes you gain weight when you stop. That is a lose-lose situation.

first of all, why do you want to see your hip bones!? that gross. dont binge, and dont starve yourself. go to a nutritionist and tell them your scenerio. ask them what they think you should do. you can kill yourself if you binge/purge and starve yourself. its not very healthy.
you really shouldnt want to see your hip bones in the first place. you should like yourself for who you are. if people judge you that you are bigger than normal people, than they are wrong. you shouldnt judge people like that.
im suggesting that you shouldnt go on this "skinny" rampage.

diet and exercise do in fact get you skinny. its a simple equation: calories in (what you eat) minus calories out (exercise) = fat you gain!
if you need to get skinny fast there are plenty of unhealthy ways to do so, here are a few: spit all day instead of swallowing (dehydrates you), eat ice cubes instead of food (malnourishes you), eat speed throughout the day such as cold medicine with pseudoephedrine, caffiene, coke, meth, etc (malnourishes you and makes your teeth fall out + organ failure), exercise alot with heavy clothing on (dehydrates you), stop eating (malnourishes you) ….need i go on?

i think you should see a physciatrist. diet and exercise gets you in shape yes, but that’s what you SHOULD be wanting. you shouldn’t be wanting to be stick skinny because hey, guys HATE it. they like it when you’re in shape not stick skinny. you’re like a borderline bulimic and you should really see a physciatrist..

i use to feel like that. Coke is not the answer i promise you now i have some friends who are seriously mucked up because of it, don’t even think about it. I use to throw up and it mucks up your teeth and everything and it really doesn’t help with staying thin and takes all of the nutrients out of your body which makes your hair greasy and gives you bad skin and is being skinny worth that?
Exercise will increase your metabolism which will help your body to digest food quickly. so i would suggest running.
but being stick thin isn’t everything i use to think it was and was desperate to loose loads of weight and honestly it really isn’t. you become more unattractive to people and its just worrying.
i’ve used some quite effective diets which have mucked me up there is too much to write about though so feel free to email. if you want to talk
