I really don’t have love handles that’s really noticeable but I would like to minimize it a little . When I wear tight jeans they seem to stick out more then when I don’t wear jeans. The jeans fits perfectly but it just makes my love handles out . What is the most effective way to burn the fat ? A pill or special diet or just simple cardio workout ? I’m just confuse , please need advice on this thanks….
