How to get skinny FAST!!!?? (for a teenage girl)?
Alright, so im 13 years old and I weight about 130 lbs. I consider myself not to be "fat" but I know im not skinny either. I need any tips, tricks, or advice that can get me a thin, hot, FLAT tummy in about a month or less. I also have a trip on may the 19th (2009) on which I’ll be going to a party with many people my age, and i really, really want to be thinner and weigh much less then i do right now. If it helps i am 5′6 (tall, i know)
I can’t get any diet pills or surgery, but if you have any eating or exersize tips that would be a life saver!!
( I also want to get down to about 105-110)

and please no comments telling me this is stupid or I have an eating disorder, because I dont…and It’s not like im skinny now, so me wanting to shed some pounds is no big deal!







First of all, you’re actually at the weight many doctors would consider ‘ideal’ for your height. your weight is definitely healthy for you, and weighing 105 to 110 pounds would give you what is considered an "anorexic" BMI (less than 17.5), and weighing so little would definitely not be healthy for you. if you want to lose weight, don’t aim for such a low weight, and try to eat healthy while doing so. here are some healthy weight loss tips to help you:
-be aware of nutrition labels – you don’t have to count every calorie, but being aware of what’s in the food you’re eating will help you to make healthier decisions
-don’t try fad diets or starvation diets – eating healthy and exercising will lead to more sustainable, healthier weight loss
-exercise; it burns calories, increases your BMR (basal metabolic rate), and increases muscle mass while burning fat
-eat more fruits and vegetables; they’re nutritious and low-calorie
-cut back on fatty foods (less than 30% of your daily calories should be from fat)
-aim to eat foods that are high in fiber and water content – they tend to be lower in calories
-eat a balance of foods from all food groups

Watch what you eat. no junk food, and don’t eat a lot. Only when your hungry and don’t eat so much you get full.
do exercise for 25 to 30 minutes. If you have a bike go bike riding for a half hour, or go swimming or running.
im 14 and i weigh about 110 .. so you must not be that bad. but hate to break it to you, it would take A LOT of your time to do this in one month. like, you would have to be working out at school. but if you work out every day when you get home for about an hour or two, then im sure your body will start to look better.
Winsor Pilates starts showing results after a few days, I love it so much. Also, up your water intake. You need 2.5oz of water for every lb you weigh in order to lose weight from it. If you youtube "how to fake abs" there is a video there somewhere where a girl uses makeup to shade in abs, she does an excellent job and it looks real.
i hear ya…. im one year younger then you and i weigh more then you –_– i feel fat now…. i gotta lose weight reall bad too!! i wish i could, i’m going to hold on to this question and look at the answers.. what im doing now is going outside and riding my bike around the streeets.. i have to go everyday!! i also do some sit-ups on my bed before i go to sleep to burns some calories.. remember the drill, eat as much as you want during breakfast, not that much during lunch, and a little bit at night…
