How to get skinny fast (in about a month)?

I’m 17, and 150 lbs and i hate it im 5′8.5". please dont say: "Don’t eat." i dont believe in that. my goal weight is 130 or less. thank you!

  1. eat healthy like eat fresh fruits and veggies and use wheat bread instead of white.
    drink sports drinks like gatorade or powerade. i think they have a 0 calories drink of powerade at groceries stores. exercise everyday and watch what you eat and eat less sugary and salty foods. skip desssert. thats what i do. im sure everyone can survive without eating any sweets. go to a gym and workout with friends. thats the only fun way to exercise. just remember to take care of your health and you will get skinny fast!

  4. I know I need to as well. I think drink lots of ice cold water, do more excercise and cut out fatty foods. Try not to eat between meals and cut down on carbs a lot. I think thats really the best you can do :D

  5. It isn’t healthy to lose weight that fast. Even if you could lose it that quickly it wouldn’t stay off. Even 3 pounds a week is a pretty big goal and that would only get you to lose 12 pounds in a month. Changing your diet and exercising is the best way to lose it. Maybe try a vitamin or green tea supplement to help, no dangerous diet pills. You’ll have to keep up with that as long as you want to keep it off though. (I know, it sucks!)

  6. Ask your doctor and be realistic. I’m 5′8" and my ideal weight range is somewhere between 135 and 150. Stop looking at the scale, look at yourself in the mirror. If you’re worried ask your doctor.

    Diet and exercise is the key. Eat whole grains and plenty of leafy greens, like salads. Ditch the potato chips and sodas for now. Get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day. Walking, jogging, whatever it takes to get your heart pumping. If you’re exercising and can’t talk without gasping for air you’re working TOO HARD and undermining your weight loss.

    If you expect to hit something like 120-130 at your height you’re completely off base. It’s underweight, you’ll just look sickly and creepy.

  7. I think 130 is going to be too thin for your height, but if you want to lose weight you have to watch what you put into your body. Eat foods that have a good balance of nutrients and remember to drink plenty of water. Avoid sodas and sugary foods. Add exercise as well. A lot of people, especially girls, don’t want to lift weights, but it is one of the most beneficial things you can do. You will not get bulky, but with the additional muscle on your body, you will burn more calories while at rest.

  8. 130 is underweight for your height. But diet and workout. Jogging and sit ups. NO SODA, NO CANDY, NO FAST FOOD.

  9. hey. my sisters the same way. she ate a lot of fruits and ran half a mile every other day and she didn’t eat any junk for 2 months. she lost 18 pounds. hope that helps

  10. Try Weight Watchers or TOPS . Get some exercise videos from your library or video store . Here are some good websites :

    Stand up straight , sit up straight , hold your shoulders back and your tummy in . This will make you look a little slimmer . I hope that this helps , slim those calorie curves !
