Body fat loss cannot be targeted. In order to lose body fat, you simply must be burning more calories than you intake every day. People think that by doing a bunch of sit ups fat will come off their stomach…in reality the best way to lose stomach fat and get abs is interval running (fast running followed by jogging then fast running then jogging). That’s the healthy method.
The unhealthy method is not be eating nothing at all….actually eating nothing will make you gain fat in a short amount of time because your body is always preparing for there to be no food, and it will store fat in bulk if you don’t eat. The unhealthy method is dehydration. But that’s dangerous, don’t do it.
My recommendation? Eat a little bit about 8 times a day, that way your body will think there is always food available and will never store fat. Do interval running 5-6 times a week. And DO NOT DO AB WORKOUTS. Doing ab workout will work out your stomach muscles, but if you have a layer of fat on top of those muscles it will actually make you appear fatter. Good luck

If you have issues with weight do what I did – try acai berry. If you need to lose weight its superfood qualities help lots – nevertheless those same qualities also help those who are trying to bulk up. Magic! You can’t lose fat fast and you can’t spot reduce any fat. Even if you could, you’re 105 lbs and don’t need to lose any weight.
