How to loose lower stomach fat and toning?
I am 20 years old, 6’0" and 190 lbs. I’m thin but I’m built like a football player. I have lost a lot of weight, but I can’t seem to loose the lower stomach fat. Any suggestions? Plus should I be lifting light weight to tone or is heavy weight good?
