How to lose belly fat easily?
I don’t really have that much, but the body fat I do have centers around my middle. I’m trying to lose, but quite frankly I don’t really know how to properly. I’ve been cutting down on the food, eating just my three meals a day. I figure that’ll help my body use the fat reserves, right? And I have tried crunches so much but they never seem to work for me. I just need help… Anything?







this worked for me but you got to seriously stick with it get up a 6 am every morning do 50 sit ups and leg vertical lifts run 1 mile eat only cereal for breakfast special K is good green salad lunch and skip dinner drink 64 ounces of water every day especially 20 ounces before you go to sleep ( no sugar drinks at all) IE soda or what ever. if you want a snack to eat have a fruit between breakfast or after lunch and no later after 5pm do situps before you go to bed and repeat for 4 weeks.
I dropped 35 lbs of stomach and leg fat.
