How to lose belly fat?
Just a bit of background info: sixteen years old, female, Chinese, born with belly fat, has a small appetite.
I want to be able to lose my belly fat, which I’ve had since the day I was born. I can’t go on some freakish diet otherwise my parents would get all mad at me so I have to eat food (Chinese dishes) cooked at home. Are there any exercises that I can do without having to go to the gym that are effective for losing belly fat and potentially some upper leg fat as well? I don’t know if sit-ups are effective because some sources say they don’t get rid of fat, just strengthen abs?
