I am trying to get rid of excess belly fat. How can I get maximum results?

I am doing about 150- 200 crunches a day and various other exercise 10-15 min a day and calorie intake is about 1200-1500. Please help

neptune krill oil, or a good quality fish oil…………….omega 3’s are like laxitives seriously does the trick!
