I want to lose weight(10lbs) on my thighs,abs and flatten my stomach. Do you have any ideas?
Ive been starting to lay down on my back and lift my legs up(it looks like, if you did a wall sit then just took yourself and layed on you back) then i lift then up so they are straight up in the air then i bring them back down..i do like 20 of these. And i also lay on my side and lift my leg up and i do that 20x w/ both legs. Are these good excersises for my legs…Can you suggest some workouts for me.. and please explain CARDIO and PILATES
Wont running,biking give me muscles?
