If I were to exercise around three hours daily, how fast would it take to get a six pack?

I came into a little time recently, so here is just a really random question that came into my mind:
If I were to exercise for three hours daily, how fast would it take to get a six pack?

  1. It’s not really how long you exercise for. It’s how smart you exercise. This involves a sound workout program.

    Also, when it comes to getting a six pack, it has more to do with losing body fat than crunches or sit-ups. The more body fat you lose the more toned you look and the healthier you are. To lose body fat you need to have a good exercise program and an even better diet.

    Unfortunately, losing body fat around the mid-section takes longer than most other areas.

  2. Exercising helped me to lose loads of weight after I combined it along with taking acai berry.
