Also, when it comes to getting a six pack, it has more to do with losing body fat than crunches or sit-ups. The more body fat you lose the more toned you look and the healthier you are. To lose body fat you need to have a good exercise program and an even better diet.

Unfortunately, losing body fat around the mid-section takes longer than most other areas.</description>
