Running – will it flatten my abs, or what?
I’m really out of shape and tonight I ran a mile for the first time in ages. It took me 12 minutes (I know, it’s pitiful). Will running a mile every couple of days flatten my abs and tone my legs? If not, what will it do? What can I do to flatten my abs?
