Six pack and pecks diet and exercise plan?
I eat six small meals a day. What foods will help me gain the body i want. Since i eat 6 meals when and what exercise should i do to burn the calories off. I go to the Gym in the mornings and do 30mins running and weights.







I eat anything I want and I have abs. All I do is crunches on this one machine I have. I have no problem with weight, one time I ate about 3 pies in a day, and lost 5 pounds.
